  • Drive train inspection, wear measurement, clean, and lube

Ironman Tune-Up includes:
  • The Regular Tune above
  • Bottom bracket overhaul
  • Change out to your Race Wheels
  • Install new tubes and tires (tires and tubes are parts)*
  • Install new chain(Chain is a part)*
  • Change out cassettes and retune
  • Unwrap and re-wrap handlebar tape (new tape is extra)
  • Install new cables and housing is needed (cables and housing extra)

Have you been fitted to your bike?  Come in and see us for a full bike fit!*  Whether your emphasis is Road or Triathlon, we will put you in the most powerful, aerodynamic, and comfortable position you can achieve.  Each bike fit is tailored to enhance your style of riding and your individual needs.

What a FULL fit includes: 
  • Measurements of you on your current bike to optimize your body position on the bike with respect to saddle, leg/hip/back/neck position, knee alignment, and shoulder/elbow/hand position.
  • Cleat shimming is available for those with foot alignment problems due to pronation or supination
  • All adjustments to your bike are included in the fit
