Who is this class for?
Anyone wanting to build a strong core, in addition to strengthening and toning your entire body.
Triathletes in the off season, needing to work on core, overall strength, and injury prevention.
Cross country skiers wanting to prepare for the upcoming ski season.
What we will do:
Circuit training style class in a group setting
Dynamic strength, toning and flexibility
Class designed and taught by USAT certified Endurance coach and a certified Personal Trainer.
Class starts Sept. 19th and goes for 6 weeks. On Tuesdays and Thursday nights at 6:30
Cost is $75 plus tax.
